High manganese carbon steel SAE 1536 (UNS G15360) to SAE J403 JUN2014, a chemistry-only grade for semifinished products for forging, hot rolled and cold finished bars, plates, strip, sheets and seamless tubing. Carbon 0.30-0.37% and manganese 1.20-1.50%.
