GB/T 1299 Cr12MoV is a Tool & Die Steels grade: Chinese GB standard cold work tool steel. Equivalent to AISI D2, DIN 1.2379. Lower Mo and V content compared to D2. High carbon high chromium cold work tool steel. Excellent wear resistance, high compressive strength and good dimensional stability during hardening.
